Our main aim at the School For Living is to help promote resilience in life, especially for children. School For Living (SFL) aims to promote well-being of children’s mental health by focusing on current strategies that have been well researched to incorporate a prevention rather than intervention approach. It is essential that children develop a solution orientated focus when faced with problems and choices to ensure a happy life and holistic health.
The SFL aims to help children understand themselves, the ways in which they think and the outcome of the choices they make.
